Initial Consultation

Here at SFC-PT we provide a no-obligation, free consultation with your Personal Trainer. This will give you the opportunity to meet with your trainer prior to starting your sessions and to discuss your health, fitness and lifestyle aims and objectives. Whatever your fitness goals are, your Trainer will discuss with you how the sessions will be structured to help you achieve these.

The Sessions:

Your Personal Trainer will then motivate and encourage you through your fun, individual programme, achieving measurable results. Your Personal Training sessions can take place at one of our designated fitness centres or at your home, office or park with all the necessary equipment provided by the SFC-PT team.
Furthermore, our trainers specialise in many areas such as Boot Camp, Exercise Therapy, Postural Correction, Boxing, Pre and Post-natal, GP referrals, Sports Specific, Circuit Training and Cardiac Rehabilitation.

Personal Training sessions are available on a one-off basis or you can take advantage of discounts when booking a block of 5, 10 or 20 sessions.
